Surterre’s recent Newport Beach area eWaste drive, held at its Fashion Island headquarters on April 28th, did a tremendous amount of good for the environment, collecting approximately 3,156 pounds (over 1.5 tons) of electronic waste, and shredding approximately 4,360 pounds of confidential documents on-site. For this event, Surterre and the local community’s commitment to ProShred’s environmentally conscious shredding and recycling service saved 38 trees.

Surterre Holds First Monarch Beach eWaste

Surterre’s first Monarch Beach area eWaste event, held at the South Shores Church parking lot in Dana Point on February 4th, did a tremendous amount of good for the environment, collecting approximately 4,452 pounds (over 2 tons) of electronic waste.

Surterre’s recent Newport Beach area eWaste drive, held at its Fashion Island headquarters on October 29th, did a tremendous amount of good for the environment, collecting approximately 7,144 pounds (over 3.5 tons) of electronic waste, and approximately 7,600 pounds of paper to be shredded and recycled. For this event, Surterre and the local community’s commitment to ProShred’s environmentally conscious shredding and recycling service saved 74 trees. Year to date, 356 trees have been saved and 37,927 pounds of paper have been shredded at Surterre’s eWaste events.
