Michael LaRiche is one of the latest additions to the hand-selected team of agents and brokers at Surterre Properties® Laguna Beach.

Committed to service and driven by results, Michael has spent the last decade carving his niche within the coastal area’s competitive real estate market. Having transitioned into the industry from a long and successful career as a photographer and designer, he spent several years remodeling and reselling luxury homes in the Pasadena area, where he realized his knack for locating and evaluating investor-worthy distressed properties.

“The residential real estate industry combines my passion for seeing a property’s true potential with my desire to help people make educated decisions when it comes to some of life’s most significant purchases,” Michael said.

Today, Michael has a client base that stretches from Los Angeles all the way to San Juan Capistrano—and he has helped with relocations nationwide. His ability to procure maximum value for investments via a seasoned approach to negotiation and methodical, well executed planning render him one of the area’s foremost real estate professionals.

In his spare time, he supports a number of philanthropic endeavors such as Meals on Wheels in Laguna Beach and World Vision, where he sponsors two children and has purchased a variety of farm animals and tools to help the needy become self sufficient.  Another cause he supports is The Smile Train, which provides medical services to children worldwide.
