Nicole Collins is the latest addition to the hand-selected team of agents and brokers at Surterre Properties®.

Prior to transitioning into the world of residential real estate, Nicole enjoyed success as an entrepreneur, forming Collins Design Group in 2003 and Designed Living Inc. International in 2006. Nicole’s company was asked by developers to furnish model homes and then sell complete turnkey furniture packages to American and Canadian buyers of high- end resort property in Mexico.

In addition to her impressive professional background, Nicole brings to clients a strong work ethic and an unparalleled knowledge of Orange County’s coastal region.
 
“With the exception of a year in Aspen and Los Angeles, I’ve lived in Orange County my entire life,” she said. “From Emerald Bay and Irvine Terrace to Newport Coast, I’ve called a number of the area’s most sought-after community’s home, and have developed an intimate familiarity with what each has to offer. I am passionate and knowledgeable when it comes to the local marketplace which allows me to provide an educated and efficient route to the realization of my clients’ most important objectives.”

As members of Big Canyon Country Club, The Center Club and The Pacific Club, Nicole’s family members have been prominent in Orange County for many years. Nicole fondly recalls working with her family as a teenager and   having their dreams realized with the opening of the Orange County Center for the Performing Arts.

 In addition, Nicole works with nonprofit organizations such as United Way Orange County and Human Options, a charity whose aim is to heal abused lives.
