After earning a degree from Arizona State University, Cara Farley dove into the world of sales and marketing, securing a position in the highly competitive and fast-paced beauty industry at one of the heaviest hitters in the business: L’Oreal International. In her tenure at the cosmetics giant, she climbed the ranks at a rapid pace, leaving the organization as its head of West Coast sales for the dermatologist division to pursue another passion of hers: helping people bring their real estate goals to fruition. Accordingly, she earned her real estate license and worked as an independent broker for several years, creating successful outcomes that underscored her value as a bright young professional with an innate knack for business, negotiation, and critical attention to detail.
Today, as a broker associate with the Brown and Christensen Group at Surterre Properties®, Cara complements her experience and capabilities with a variety of industry-exclusive resources and amenities—advantages that truly take her offerings to the next level. Whether helping clients sell property for the highest value or providing guidance so that they can make the most intelligent purchase, Cara is backed by the support of an organization whose success is rooted in teamwork. Just as importantly, she enjoys the distinct advantage of professionally strategized marketing, courtesy of an award-winning in-house studio. These are just a handful of elements that distinguish Surterre from the competition, but its every defining quality places Cara in an advantageous position to empower her clients to thrive. At the end of the day, Cara’s clients’ successes account for her utmost priority as a trusted real estate professional. In addition to obtaining the National Association of REALTORS’® Green designation, Cara served three years as YPN President of the Newport Beach Association of REALTORS® and volunteers with Locks of Love, Newport Banning Land Trust, and Someone Cares Soup Kitchen.
