Lisa Black has been in the real estate industry for 18 years, where she started out purchasing investment properties and flipping homes at the age of 22. This gave her a clear vision of the other side of real estate. In turn, she developed an edge in the industry with inside knowledge of what it means to buy and sell a property. Before pursuing her passion for real estate full-time, Lisa was an elementary school teacher for 11 years. She obtained her undergraduate and master’s degree in education from Biola University, and although she loved every aspect of educating children, her call to real estate was powerful, resulting in her pursuing her passion of helping others find their dream homes.
In Lisa's eyes, the real estate market is a substantial investment and offers many options, whether one wants to buy and hold property or sell and diversify. "There is so much you can do with real estate to create a lot of value and set your future up for success," Lisa says. She understands the ins and outs of the industry and her compassion and desire to help and educate others is the driving force behind her immense success.

Lisa currently resides in San Clemente, which is also her area of expertise, along with many other coastal communities. She came to the United States when she was four years old as a refugee and is living her dream life as a REALTOR® in one of the most beautiful areas in the world. She is also bilingual and speaks both Vietnamese and English fluently. When Lisa isn't working, you will find her reading, spending time with her family, and remaining active in her community. She is a leader for her daughter's Girl Scouts troop, the vice president of the Ways and Means fundraiser for PTA, donates to cancer research, sponsors toy drives, and is proactive in her church.
