Lorraine Bader’s unmatched knowledge of the Orange County real estate market has earned her a reputation as one of Southern California’s most desirable agents. Clients who work with Lorraine get the benefit of not only her 30 years of experience in the industry, including four years in commercial real estate, but the added advantage of working with an agent who also has her broker’s license and an appraisal accreditation. Over the past several decades, Lorraine has represented buyers and sellers of properties in all price ranges throughout Orange County, setting records and delivering stellar results.
A Newport Beach native and UCLA grad, Lorraine lived in North Tustin for over 20 years with her husband Dennis—also a licensed broker—before returning to Newport, settling down in the Granville community and joining the Newport Beach Country Club. She is not only knowledgeable about these communities she has lived in, but about communities throughout Orange County after spending years studying the market and negotiating deals.
Lorraine is also passionate about giving back to the local community and maintains a position on the Board of Trustees for Olive Crest, which assists the foster, abused, orphaned, and emancipated youth of local communities. She is also a member of The Women of Chapman, which helps raise funds to support the University of Chapman and its many endeavors, and a member of the Visionaries of Orange County, which helps support the Orange County Museum of Art.
Lorraine is an agent with Surterre, a top luxury residential real estate brokerage known for its teamwork and integrity. Surterre is one of the only brokerages to have an in-house advertising agency and a team of 15 marketing experts to deliver innovative marketing to its agents and clients not only in Orange County, but all over the world.
