Max Nejad moved to the United States at the young age of 16. Landing in America with little money and few resources, Max is a self-made success story who decided to pursue the American dream, climbing the ranks and working diligently to achieve his ambitions.
During his first few years in America, Max endured the drastic change while attending school full-time and working two jobs. His goal was to own his own home, and by the age of 19, he made his first big real estate purchase. Max continued to work hard and save money, eventually becoming an investor who specialized in buying and selling real estate properties. His tireless work ethic, knowledge of the local market, financial experience, and background in buying and selling properties has made him a reliable authority in the real estate market.
Having experience as a business owner and operator, Max excels in communication, possesses expert negotiating and problem-solving skills, and performs at high-levels under pressure and deadlines. Max utilizes his skills and the expertise he's acquired over the course of his career daily when working with clients to ensure they get the best deal possible for their home, whether they are buying or selling a property. He has a keen eye and passion for real estate and thrives off of helping clients find their dream home.

Giving back to his community, both in Southern California and Iran, is very important to Max. He is actively involved in the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, is a member of the PIH Health Foundation, and consistently donates to the animal shelters in Iran. When Max isn't working, you will find him spending quality time with his family, hiking, weightlifting, horseback riding, reading books and traveling whenever possible.
