Rosanne Grace Kline
A Laguna Beach resident and investor, real estate agent Rosanne Kline has a firsthand appreciation for the area’s unique neighborhoods, homes and scenery. Her passion for helping clients easily navigate through its complex marketplace is evident. These qualities have helped her emerge as one of coastal Orange County’s most sought-after residential sales experts, and Surterre Properties® – Southern California’s leading luxury real estate boutique – has further enhanced her ability to deliver exceptional personalized service for each and every client she serves.
When Rosanne launched her real estate career nearly a decade ago, she brought with her experience in the hospitality industry. Her tenure as a restaurant manager in charge of four stores and a staff of more than 60 employees allowed her not only to fine-tune the extraordinary customer care and communication skills that are her work’s signature today, but to expand on her ability to maintain an organized system. Working in that environment also instilled in Rosanne the value of teamwork – a concept that’s central in Surterre’s philosophy and instrumental in the success of its agents.
Rosanne’s commitment to attentive one-on-one service for each client has earned her the loyalty of a wide-range of clientele, but her comprehensive skill set is what renders her counsel a true asset in today’s market. Because she’s seasoned in the art of home staging and has worked personally on rebuilding and remodeling Laguna Beach homes, she’s able to identify aesthetic potential where others may not. What’s more, she’s accustomed to dealing with complicated processes (such as obtaining city and building permits) and has established relationships with contractors, architects and designers, equating to a smooth experience for everyone involved.
A member of the California Association of Realtors® (CAR) in addition to the Laguna Board of Realtors® (LBOR), Rosanne volunteers her time for Meals on Wheels and collects donations for the Friendship Shelter. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
