As a Coastal Real Estate Specialist, Victoria Strombom is one of the rare agents that has knowledge of multiple communities and properties in Orange County. A resident of Laguna Beach and a coastal REALTOR® since 1985, her areas of specialty cover the coast from Huntington Beach south to San Clemente and inland to San Juan Capistrano and Coto de Caza. Victoria is one of the most respected names in the coastal real estate industry with over 32 years of experience helping people buy and sell homes and investment properties.
Clients and colleagues admire Victoria’s remarkable ability to stay focused and calm – a skill honed through years working as a pediatric/neonatal ICU and Life Flight nurse. Always seeking a positive and professional result for all parties involved in a transaction, Victoria has earned the respect of her peers in all communities. This respect has provided Victoria with a competitive edge when seeking insight for off-market homes for sale or buyers for her special listings. It is this spirit of cooperation and respect from her peers and clients alike that sets Victoria apart.
Victoria’s in-depth knowledge of real estate contracts and skills pertaining to complex transactions – including tax-deferred exchanges, trust sales, foreclosures, and short sale transactions – has shaped her understanding of the industry as a whole. Her expertise and commitment to her clients’ privacy have garnered clientele ranging from celebrities, professional athletes, leaders, and an impressive accumulation of return clientele.
Victoria’s commitment to her clients is shaped by the time-honored traditions of personal relationships and responsibility. Victoria knows that your home and personal time are perhaps your most valuable investments, and representing your real estate needs is an assignment she takes very seriously. Victoria believes that all of her clients deserve her full attention, and as a result, she does not delegate her clients to assistants. It is Victoria’s hands-on accountable approach that ensures each element of the transaction will proceed smoothly and to her clients’ greatest benefits, and this personal dedication provides clear communication that builds lasting relationships. Subsequently, Victoria has been one of the coastal community’s top agents throughout her career.
In 2013 and 2015, Victoria was honored as a nominee for Orange County Business Woman of the Year. Additionally, she is passionate in her role as a Director for the Laguna Beach High School Scholarship Foundation and giving to her community. In 2014, Victoria started the K.I.M. “Keep Imagining More” Project in honor of her late daughter Kimberlee. The mission of the K.I.M. project is to use, recycle, and repurpose resources to help others. Since its inception, the K.I.M. Project has provided numerous scholarships to Laguna Beach High School graduates, recycled thousands of water bottles to purchase reading glasses for Hope 4 Women in Uganda, and has repurposed household goods to provide furnishings for those in need.
Victoria has represented the Laguna Board of REALTORS® as a member of the Grievance and Ethics Committee and supports the Boys and Girls Club of America, local School Power, and the Surterre Properties® Charity Committee. Drawing on her medical background, Victoria is also one of the first members trained for the Laguna Beach Community Emergency Response Team. As a HAM radio operator, Victoria is also a member of the Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Services for the Laguna Beach Police Department. Always the consummate professional, Victoria welcomes the opportunity to make your next real estate transaction the smoothest and most successful ever.
