Known for his incredible work ethic, impeccable attention to detail, and dedication to serving the needs of his clients, Robert has achieved sales of more than $350 million during his real estate career to date. Committed to the continued growth and development of professionals in the real estate community, Robert is also an active member of the Council of Residential Specialists, a group that is comprised of the top 4% of real estate professionals nationwide.
In 2003, Robert founded 4 Walls Residential, fulfilling his desire to create a best-in-class real estate firm unlike any other. Assembling a team of industry-leading professionals, Robert created a comprehensive brokerage offering turnkey support for residential real estate. This exciting venture allowed him and his team the opportunity to support clientele, start to finish, with seamless transactions. A proud University of Southern California alumnus, Robert is a longtime resident of Newport Beach, where he currently resides with his wife and their four children. In his free time, he enjoys being involved in both his children's sporting activities and his local community. He has coached soccer and baseball, and has been an active board member of the Harbor View swim team for over four years as well as a board member for Newport Beach Little League the past three years. He has also been involved with Indian Guides and Indian Princesses for years with his children, serving as chief and remaining active with the council. Occasionally, he finds time to attend sporting events such as football games at his alma mater, USC.
Lisa Doan-Minh leveraged an extensive background in sales and marketing to join the exclusive class of luxury realtors working in the coastal Southern California market. Her knowledge base allows her to assist high-end clientele by accurately appraising home values, effectively marketing homes, and negotiating the very best deals. Lisa’s firsthand knowledge of the Orange County real estate market combined with her attention to detail and her commitment to providing quality customer service make her an invaluable asset to her clients. Ilene Wallach has lived in Newport Coast for over 20 years—almost since Newport Coast's inception. As a result, she possesses an intimate understanding of the area, the schools, and the surrounding Newport Beach communities. Ilene prides herself on the extreme care and attention that she dedicates to each of her transactions, treating each of them as if they were her own purchase or sale. She uses her refined negotiation skills to ensure successful results for clients whether she is representing buyers or sellers. Ilene continually strives to assist her clients in maximizing their investments.
Prior to working in residential real estate, Ilene worked for Texaco Inc. and Shell Oil Companies in marketing, pricing, and real estate. Coordinating efforts with many internal and external departments such as engineering design and city agencies, Ilene successfully negotiated multimillion-dollar land deals, product agreements, and leases while working through many financial, legal, and environmental issues. Gaining a degree in business from the University of Maryland and working in a corporate environment for over 16 years has given Ilene a comprehensive understanding of the importance of product knowledge, communication, and personalized customer service. Ilene currently resides in Newport Coast with her husband and three children. Her family enjoys traveling and various sports activities. As an active member of her community, Ilene volunteers her time with a variety of organizations ranging from public education to sports.
