As one of coastal Orange County’s most accomplished real estate professionals, DJ Bibb exudes the notoriety that only experience can bring. As a member of one of Newport Beach's most well-known real estate families, DJ (Danny Bibb Jr.) grew up immersed in the real estate world.  Having spent the last 13 years in title insurance, DJ has relationships with hundreds of Orange County's finest agents, and has been a part of nearly 10,000 real estate transactions. This platform of knowledge, experience and relationships among the real estate community place DJ at an unmatched position to create success for his clients, and to lead them comfortably through any of the challenges of a real estate transaction.

DJ’s passion for real estate began as a young boy, and has been the common thread throughout his professional life.  The son of the late Danny Bibb, a local real estate legend, DJ watched his father follow his own dreams as he opened and grew his successful real estate brokerage, Coast Newport Properties, in the 1990’s.  DJ spent much of his youth in and around the office, which led to working summers in the company’s marketing department throughout high school and college. As a youth, this experience exposed DJ to the industry’s most elite agents, as well as to the marketing concepts and strategies they used to attain their success.  These mentors made a deep lasting impression on DJ, and those core professional values and concepts are what he carries with him today.

Spending the majority of his youth immersed in the real estate industry, DJ was presented with the opportunity to build and grow this invaluable network of real estate connections, ultimately paving the way toward a successful career in the billion-dollar title industry, and presently, residential real estate sales.  DJ began his professional path by graduating with a degree in Marketing & Finance from Loyola Marymount University in 2003, and shortly thereafter obtaining a position in real estate development with Shea Homes.  It didn’t take long before a notable title company acknowledged DJ's unique position in the real estate community, and recruited him as an account executive. At this point, he was truly able to harness the valuable business contacts he had made throughout his life, build a title business, and expand the company’s market share.  Through working with hundreds of real estate professionals, DJ learned most of the local markets from Newport to San Clemente, and was involved in thousands of real estate transactions. Working in the title business would serve as the perfect foundation for DJ to launch his career in residential sales, as this experience made DJ adept in finding creative solutions to overcome the ever-present obstacles in a real estate transaction and in catering to every clients’ unique needs.
