Approx. 62 total acres with 58 acres of Chandler walnuts planted on Class 2 level soils on the south bank of Reeds Creek with paved county road frontage on Willard Road. In 2014, a new 40Hp turbine pump was installed which is powered by a 4 cylinder John Deere diesel power unit which drives a 40 Hp Amarillo gearhead. Well production is estimated at 600 GPM. The orchard is irrigated in one set using double buried drip lines. On the south edge of the property is an attractive home site area surrounded by oak trees which could be developed.
